On the beautiful scenery of Siculiana Marina, apartment overlooking the sea.
Apartment on the ground floor of a building completely renovated, with 4 beds (1 double and 2 singles).
With sea view, enjoys a wonderful location as it is only 15 m from the beach also equipped. Nearby are all the main services such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars and supermarkets. The apartment, fresh and quiet, is in good condition.

Guest Access

The apartment consists of entrance to living area with a comfortable 3-seater sofa and two single sofas, LED TV, dining table with 4 chairs and balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and double bedroom furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers , and bedside tables. Available additional room with two single beds.

Interaction with guests

Upon arrival we meet the guests personally to deliver the keys, show the property and give them all the information they need.
We interact with guests during their entire stay, providing telephone numbers to which they can contact us at any time and for any information or need.

The district

The apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Siculiana Marina, 15 meters from the sea, with beautiful panoramic views of the coast.
You can enjoy a unique landscape, and the backdrop of wonderful beaches. It is clean and well served by the main services, the water is limpidissima and with beautiful colors.

A ride around

Continuing along the coast there are uncrowded and wild beaches, among the most beautiful in Sicily. We find ourselves in the stretch of coast that goes from the enchanting Scala dei Turchi about 9 km from one side, Siculiana with the numerous beaches and the natural reserve of Torre Salsa, up to Eraclea Minoa.
The Valley of the Temples is 23 km away.
All the main services are on site, or you can go to Siculiana which is 3 km away.

Other Things to Highlight

The apartment is on the first floor of a building without a lift.
We have two other apartments located on the same building, so we can accommodate any requests from larger groups, for a total of 12 beds.

House Rules

Guests are asked simply to comply with the common and basic standards of cleanliness and respect for the home.
The regulation of the property is given to guests upon arrival.
To offer an efficient and punctual reception service, we also ask all guests to provide precise information on the arrival times and times with a few days in advance.
Check-in is available from 15:00. The check-out is scheduled for 10.30, but in case there are no new arrivals on the day of departure guests can stay longer.
Smoking is not permitted.
Animals are not allowed.
